1. At its 121st plenary meeting, on 28 May 2009, the Assembly of the
International Seabed Authority appointed a Credentials Committee consisting of the
following nine members: Australia, Côte d’Ivoire, Fiji, Germany, Guyana, Haiti,
Japan, Mozambique and Russian Federation.
2. The Credentials Committee held one meeting, on 2 June 2009, and elected
Ms. Katy Chia-Ti Lin (Australia) as its Chairman for the fifteenth session.

At 1200 hours on 3 October 1988, an enemy bulldozer was observed improving the
road in the area of Kati Rash, 800 m from the forward perimeter of the units of our
V Army Corps.
At the same time, the enemy was building a new position opposite our units in
the area of Kati Rash, 500 m from the forward perimeter of our units, and a number
of enemy soldiers were seen advancing towards that position.
