In 2008 he joined the Computer Science department in the same university as a member of academic staff   .

The Advisory Board reviewed the reports prepared by the m-Powering Working groups during the past year. (...) The composition of the new Board will be announced soon.  The m-Powering Development Initiative is designed to create a resource and an action plan to deploy ICT services, from m-Health, m-Learning, m-Governance to m-Commerce and m-Sport.

The report  consists of chapters on m-Health, m-Learning, m-Commerce, m-Business models and Advocacy and it reveals a number of systemic issues that are common to all these sectors. (...) The need to embrace an integrated and holistic approach to deploy scalable, sustainable and affordable M-Powering initiatives through inter-sectoral dialogue and collaboration was stressed as a key enabler for addressing barriers to scale.
