It is a known fact that search terms in a general search engine can be triggered by automatically generating a Universal Resource Locator (“url”) and, if cracked software can trigger one web page opening, and the software remains loaded, it can trigger multiple openings at different times. (...) Even if the Applicant used cracked software or visited websites offering cracked software, this would not explain why he manually inputted the specific search terms into Google and the search engines for pornographic websites. (...) The fact that it is a search engine is indicated by “search?hl=fr”. The search was conducted manually using the French language and the keywords used to conduct the search are “black girls with strip man - Recherche Google”.

Accessibility through search engines 18. Search engines are special services on the Internet where a user can enter names or keywords and the engines perform an automated search in millions of Web pages. (...) A few test searches were carried out on three of the largest search engines on the Internet (Altavista, Yahoo and Excite), in order to see whether MP.EIA/WG.1/2000/12 Annex III page 21 the ENIMPAS database could be found through them. (...) The occurrence of the ENIMPAS database in search engines is very poor. It could easily be improved by including relevant keywords in the title headings of the pages and by manual registration in the major search engines.
