documentation, including on its website, in the national Afghan languages, Dari and
Pashto, and airs radio programmes in Dari, Pashto and English.
22. The Department of Peacekeeping Operations produces content for the United
Nations peacekeeping website. (...) The translations are available from the dedicated
web page of the OHCHR website.
45. Between July 2012 and June 2014, the Office produced and translated 33 new
titles, the majority of which were in English while some were in all official
languages.

Archiving and preservation of content from retired United Nations websites
8.10 The United Nations shall maintain an archive of the content from its retired
websites.16 United Nations official documents and other content17 released through a
website must be deposited with United Nations libraries when a United Nations
website is retired for cataloguing, digital preservation and permanent public access in
accordance with ST/AI/189/Add.12/Rev.1.
8.11 When a United Nations website is retired, author entities shall deposit a copy of
all United Nations official documents as well as other content produced exclusively
for United Nations websites in portable document format:
(a) In New York with the Dag Hammarskjöld Library, the official depos itory
for all United Nations-produced content, in line with ST/AI/189/Add.12/Rev.1;
(b) For Geneva-produced website content, with the United Nations Library
and Archives at Geneva.
Website content produced outside of New York or Geneva must be archived and
deposited in accordance with ST/SGB/2007/5 and ST/AI/189/Add.12/Rev.1. (...) ST/AI/2022/2

preservation options18 for retiring websites. Author entities producing website content
away from New York or Geneva may also consult the libraries of regional
commissions about archiving and preserving content from websites that are to be
retired.
8.13 All original multimedia content, including audio, photographic and video
content, produced exclusively for United Nations websites that has long-term archival
value as determined by author entities should be archived within United Nations-
owned and -managed information and communications technology standard media
asset management systems.

Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, including on sustainable transport and cities.

UNITED NATIONS DISARMAMENT INFORMATION PROGRAMME : REPORT OF THE SECRETARY-GENERAL
The occasional papers series was developed to give wider dissemination to the
expert inputs from panels and seminars sponsored by the Department for
Disarmament Affairs at Headquarters. The publication is produced in English only,
disseminated free of charge and posted on the Department’s website. (...) The overall design of the website remains oriented towards specific issues.

Linked to international days on the United
Nations calendar, the videos covered issues including good health and well -being,
climate action, life underwater and life on land, and were widely shared on websites
and social media. Feature stories for broadcast were also produced, covering issues
highlighting elements of the Goals, ranging from the Zika health risk to United
Nations support for the promotion of democracy and from protection of the
endangered tiger to global efforts to protect citizens from fatal road accidents.

period. (...) Twenty existing United Nations
observance day websites were also updated to reflect new United Nations website
branding that is mobile-friendly and fully accessible.

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) supports
the operation of Radio Miraya, which broadcasts in Arabic and English, with some
features and public service announcements produced in local languages.
25. The Department of Peacekeeping Operations produces content for the United
Nations peacekeeping website (www.un.org/peacekeeping). (...) These information centres currently maintain websites
in 31 local languages and since 2011, have translated documents into 38 languages
other than the six official languages and continue to produce newsletters in 16 local
languages.

Latest Outreach documentary receives its Croatian premier

The second in a series of screenings of the latest Outreach produced documentary Crimes before the ICTY: Central Bosnia , took place today at the Cineplexx cinema in Zagreb, Croatia. (...) After the screening, Steve Coulson, one of the producers of the documentary, and ICTY Outreach Officer Nenad Golčevski talked to the audience about the relevance of this film, and others in the series of documentaries that Outreach is producing.
