Deposit by the Cook Islands
of lists of geographical coordinates of points, pursuant to
article 16, paragraph 2, and article 75, paragraph 2, of the Convention
The Secretary-General of the United Nations communicates the following:
On 12 August 2021, the Cook Islands deposited with the Secretary-General:
(1) Pursuant to article 16, paragraph 2, of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, lists of geographical coordinates of points, accompanied by illustrative
maps, concerning:
a. the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured, as contained in the Maritime Zones (Baselines of Territorial Sea) Regulations
2020, established pursuant to Sections 14 and 20 of the Maritime Zones Act
2018;
b. the outer limits of the territorial sea, as contained in the Maritime Zones (Territorial Sea Outer Limits) Regulations 2020, established established
pursuant to Sections 14 and 20 of the Maritime Zones Act 2018; and
c. the outer limits of the contiguous zone, as contained in the Maritime Zones (Contiguous Zone Outer Limits) Regulations 2020, established established
pursuant to Sections 14 and 20 of the Maritime Zones Act 2018;
(2) Pursuant to article 75, paragraph 2, of the Convention, lists of geographical coordinates of points, accompanied by an illustrative map, concerning the outer
limits of the exclusive economic zone and lines of delimitation thereof, as
contained in the Maritime Zones (Exclusive Economic Zone Outer Limits)
Regulations 2021, established pursuant to Section 14 and Section 20 of the
Maritime Zones Act 2018.
(...) As a State Party to UNCLOS, the Cook Islands is presently
depositing with the Secretary-General of the United Nations lists of geographical
coordinates of points, accompanied by illustrative maps, for all maritime baselines
as well as for the territorial sea, contiguous zone, and exclusive economic zone of
the Cook Islands, as defined under UNCLOS.

The Azerbaijani military aggression of September-November 2020 was accompanied by
organized intensively hate speech and animosity against ethnic Armenians (Armenophobia)
enjoying state support in this country.
(...) CONCLUSION
Taking into account all the above-mentioned evidence, it is clear that the military attacks by
the Azerbaijani armed forces are accompanied by widespread hate speech against the ethnic
Armenians through mass media, especially by social media platforms. (...) There is a clear need to take urgent and effective measures, which will stop and prevent this
appalling phenomenon. It is being accompanied with violation of international requirements
and is a real threat to information security and peace in the whole region.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations communicates the following:
On 2 July and 24 August 2021, the Republic of Benin deposited with the
Secretary-General, pursuantto article 16, paragraph 2, and article 75, paragraph 2, ofthe Convention, charts and corresponding lists of geographical coordinates of points
concerning the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured, and the
outer limits of the territorial sea, the contiguous zone and the exclusive economic zone,as contained in Decree no 2021-253 of19 May 2021, Fixing the Coordinates ofthe Nautical
Chart ofBenin, accompanied by illustrative maps.
The charts and the lists of geographical coordinates of points are referenced to the
World Geodetic System (WGS84).

At 1250 hours, a tunnel-detection vehicle accompanied by an
armoured truck for protection appeared, escorted by two Hummer vehicles,
from which 15 soldiers disembarked, deployed and took up positions.
(...) At 1630 hours, the Israeli enemy
finished its work and the vehicles and soldiers left in the direction of
occupied territory.
1415 Opposite the town of Ramiya and point BP9, the Israeli enemy Israeli
completed excavation work with a well digger, a Poclain backhoe, a
Poclain bulldozer, a Port Char truck carrying two prefabricated rooms and
a civilian pickup, accompanied by 10 soldiers. The boom of the digger
crossed the technical fence. (...) Some 16 enemy soldiers
disembarked, of whom 10 crossed the technical fence, performed follow-up
work on the technical fence, and placed sensor devices on it. They were
accompanied by two personnel from the UNIFIL liaison unit.
