United States – The Role of Advance Rulings and Administrative Procedures in TFA Implementation (G/TFA/W/7) • The United States thanks the Committee for considering its communication regarding the role of advance rulings and administrative procedures in implementing the TFA. • We submitted this communication to share the best practices we have learned from our experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an advance ruling program. The system is supported by consistent and transparent communication within CBP and with traders. • The United States encourages all Members to share their views and experiences concerning advance rulings, including the different scale and practices in their advance rulings programs and the use of advance rulings by their exporters. В результате согласования этих предложений двум технологиям  "LTE-Advanced"1 и "WirelessMAN- Advanced"2  было присвоено официальное обозначение IMT-Advanced, что позволило их квалифицировать в качестве подлинных технологий 4G. На своем последнем собрании в Чунцине, Китай, Рабочая группа 5D МСЭ-R , которой поручено заниматься определением характеристик международных технологий IMT-Advanced 4G, завершила очередной этап своей работы, приняв решение отобрать эти технологии для первого варианта IMT-Advanced. В Отчете МСЭ-R, который будет опубликован в ближайшее время, указано, что каждая из технологий LTE-Advanced и WirelessMAN-Advanced полностью соответствует всем критериям, установленным МСЭ-R для первого варианта IMT-Advanced.
