The Aymara (7.1 per cent of all indigenous people), Quechua (0.89 per cent), Colla (0.46 per cent) and Atacameño (3.04 per cent) peoples live in the north of the country. (...) Although transducers using mercury are still available in the EU, all EU manufacturers fully comply with the RoHS. (...) Mercury is collected and restored to the left reservoir. In this way almost all air can be removed from bulb B and by extension vessel R.

The Special Rapporteur was unable to visit all of the places he had hoped to, although he was able to visit a number of locations across the vast territory of the Russian Federation. (...) The rise and fall of communism carries epic historical significance for all Russians, but was especially traumatic to the situation of indigenous peoples. (...) Most of the land and subsoil resources in Russia are currently the property of the State. All issues concerning ownership, use and allocation of land, mineral resources, water and other natural resources are jointly administered by the federal and regional Governments.

The Special Rapporteur thanks all the people he met for the frank and very fruitful discussions held. (...) For instance, in November 2012, the owners of a power plant under construction (see para. 45 above) served a permanent injunction against the climate protestors who held a peaceful protest on the site of the power plant. (...) The need for dialogue and accommodation of all affected parties’ views and concerns cannot be overstated.

Lithuania is not a party of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families. 4 European Commission against Racism and Intolerance, Third report on Lithuania, adopted on 24 June 2005. In terms of awareness-raising, it is of particular importance to note that the year of 2007 has been declared Year for Equal Opportunities for All in Lithuania and that a number of activities in this realm have been organized by the Office of the Ombudsperson. (...) Some NGOs also expressed their belief that Lithuania should make a declaration under article 14 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, allowing for individual petitions to CERD, in order to strengthen the legal mechanisms to fight racism and discrimination.

The new limit of 20% needs to be applied to the integrated communications system, thereby fostering the growth of all the companies concerned without involving any risk for the weakest, with a view to achieving the responsible and balanced development of competition. He urges federal and provincial/territorial authorities to further advance the realization of the right of everyone to mental health and the realization of all human rights of persons with autism and psychosocial, intellectual and cognitive disabilities.
