On 11 February 2020, the Respondent informed the Tribunal that the Applicant had been appointed Executive Secretary of the Convention on the Protection of Migratory Species of Wild Animals at the D-1 level. 11. On 5 March 2020, the Applicant submitted that she maintained her appeal against the decision to abolish her post and her request for compensation for the moral damages she suffered as a result of the actions of the Administration. She was placed on several temporary positions until her ultimate selection to the post of Executive Secretary of the Convention on the Protection of Migratory Species of Wild Animals at the D-1 level. The Applicant’s request to be placed on a post at the D-1 level post is therefore moot.
