LAC can become the first region of the developing world to achieve universal access with a strong, collaborative effort. (...) The event will start with participation from two high authorities of the IDB and Rockefeller Foundation as keynote speakers. They will present the general landscape of the regional situation as well as what would be required in order to close the gap and achieve universal access to electricity in LAC by 2030.
