CARRIAGE OF PRESSURE RECEPTACLES APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (DOT)
Except as provided in this paragraph (a), a filled cylinder (pressure receptacle) manufactured to other than a DOT specification or a UN standard in accordance with part 178 of this subchapter, a DOT exemption or special permit cylinder, a TC, CTC, CRC, or BTC cylinder authorized under § 171.12, or a cylinder used as a fire extinguisher in conformance with § 173.309(a) of this subchapter, may not be transported to, from, or within the United States (...) I), the Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) (IBR, see § 171.7) concerning pressure relief device use, test period, filling ratios, test pressure, maximum working pressure, and material compatibility for the lading contained or gas being filled, are authorized as follows: (i) Filled pressure receptacles imported for intermediate storage, transport to point of use, discharge, and export without further filling; and (ii) Pressure receptacles imported or domestically sourced for the purpose of filling, intermediate storage, and export. Except as provided in § 171.23(a)(3), a ECE/TRANS/WP.15/AC.1/2021/9 GE.20-17578 5 cylinder manufactured to other than a DOT specification or UN standard in accordance with part 178 of this subchapter, or a TC, CTC, BTC, or CRC specification cylinder set out in the Transport Canada TDG Regulations (IBR, see § 171.7), and certified as being in conformance with the transportation regulations of another country may be authorized, upon written request to and approval by the Associate Administrator, for transportation within a single port area, provided— (i) The cylinder is transported in a closed freight container; (ii) The cylinder is certified by the importer to provide a level of safety at least equivalent to that required by the regulations in this subchapter for a comparable DOT, TC, CTC, BTC, or CRC specification or UN cylinder; and (iii) The cylinder is not refilled for export unless in compliance with paragraph (a)(5) of this section

- establishing special units for victims of violence in all health institutions; equipping them with necessary infrastructure, capabilities and support staff, - developing public messages on the negative impacts of the societal structures based on traditional gender roles and stereotypes as well as patriarchal order and disseminating them through textbooks, films, media, daily public discourse, sermons and academic works, - organization of public awareness activities by the Directorate for Religous Affairs on honour/customary killings, negative impacts of traditional gender roles and stereotypes as well as patriarchal order, - organizing joint campaigns on honour/customary killings, that target both men and women, in cooperation with the relevant public institutions, civil society and local administration; developing programs on the promotion of self-expression, communication and problem solving techniques targeting men and women, - production of spot films on prevention of honour/customary killings, - finding ways to challenge and overcome the traditional stereotypes and understandings dominant in the society on “customs” (töre) and the concept of “honour” (namus) - developing a national “Action Plan on the Prevention of Honour/customary Killings 2006- 2010” which would include all relevant public institutions and non governmental organizations and monitoring its implementation, - setting up a nation wide help line which would operate 24 hours, - establishing committees for the prevention of honour/customary killings at the local level consisting of representatives from the Office of the Governor, Security, Gendarmerie, Universities, civil society organizations, municipalities and office of mufti, 15. The Committe which will be chaired by the State Minister Responsible for Women and Family, will consist of members from the relevant public institutions and agencies, universities and civil society organizations. The first meeting of the Committee is scheduled for 14 March 2004. (...) The report of the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission concerning the root causes of violence against women and of honour/customary killings and measures to combat this problem, was published in December 2006 and widely distributed to the deputies, relevant public institutions and agencies, governors, local administrations, universities, civil society, private sector and media.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina is responsible for the implementation of the Law, and, among other tasks, for the coordination and development of higher education in the country in consultation with relevant ministries.24 A Rector’s Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be established by an agreement of the universities and will determine and represent the common interests of universities. (...) In addition, there are no adequate channels of communication between universities and the bodies in charge of the elaboration of curricula, the pedagogical institutes. 49. (...) He also invites authorities to establish clear criteria regarding the role of universities in relation to the training of teaching staff. 4.

Maintains the authorized troop and police ceilings as set out in paragraphs 4 and 5 of resolution 2497 (2019), and decides to allow postponement in the withdrawal of 295 troops above the authorized troop ceiling only until the Secretary- General lifts his COVID-19 related suspension on troop repatriations; 4.
