The Greek State can not be held accountable for the criminal behavior of isolated persons, since it does its utmost to prevent, penalize and prosecute such behavior, as well as to take all preliminary measures, where possible and necessary, to avert such incidents, no matter what the target, the place or the motives are. The Greek society frowns upon any action of racism or hatred. Extremist behavior is discouraged. The same applies with regard to representatives of extreme political movements (Golden Dawn), who are marginalized within the society and are prosecuted for actions disrespectful of democratic principles.

Nevertheless, the south Korean authorities did not permit the elementary humanitarian demand of the parents but are talking about “voluntary defection from the north” while keeping the abductees in solitary cells and keeping them away from media. Their inhumane behavior is the unethical crime denying even the most elementary rights stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and relevant international conventions on human rights. (...) There is increasing suspicion over the behavior of south Korean authorities who have failed to release the conditions of the abductees recklessly keeping them incommunicado among several media and civil organizations of south Korea A/HRC/32/G/7 GE.16-10009 3 including “MINBYUN” (Lawyers for a Democratic Society), who strongly demand the publication of truth about them.

According to Save the Children Alliance, “Physical and psychological punishment is the use of physical force or degrading treatment causing some degree of pain or discomfort, in order to discipline, correct, control, change behavior or in the belief of educating/bringing up the child. (...) Sexual abuse in a child can be noticed when there are sudden changes in the child's behavior: bedwetting, fears and phobia, significant changes in school performance, hesitancy to be alone with a certain person, age inappropriate sexual knowledge, promiscuity and language; sore, red, bleeding, itching, burning genital areas, discharge and unusual odors, pain on urination, stained underpants, sexually transmitted diseases, self-destructive behavior, acting more immature and infantile, running away14. 3.3.

However, in the absence of truly effective sex education programmes, the proliferation of images and videos available through information and communication technologies may serve as the basis for children’s first ideas about sexuality and sexual behavior, increasing their risk of early sexualization, mimicking behavior, or becoming victims of this behaviour. 24. At a time when the consequences of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh haven’t been fully addressed, when numerous Armenian prisoners of war are being held in Azerbaijani captivity, with the organization of such an "exhibition" wrapped in the elements of marauding, Azerbaijan is finally consolidating its position as a global center of intolerance and xenophobia. Such anti-human behavior of the Azerbaijani high-ranking leadership is more vocal than any statement or PR-campaign on peace, tolerance and multiculturalism.

This once again verifies that Armenia continues to pose a serious threat to the lives and security of both military and civilians, and as such, serves to aggravate the situation in the region. This behavior of Armenia continues to be a major hindrance to the accomplishment of peace, security and cooperation in the region.

This is an anachronistic behavior and a grave provocation pushing the inter-Korean confrontation to an extreme phase contrary to the desire of all Koreans for improved inter-Korean relations.
