Dampak Sosial dan Ekonomi COVID-19 pada Rumah Tangga di Indonesia: Survei Monitoring Tiga Putaran
Serangkaian penilaian terhadap dampak COVID-19 pada dimensi sosial-ekonomi yang beragam termasuk pekerjaan, pendapatan, ketahanan terhadap guncangan, sekolah, jangkauan perlindungan sosial, dan akses ke imunisasi dan layanan kesehatan lainnya.
(...) Antara Desember 2020 dan Januari 2021, tiga putaran survei cepat tambahan dilakukan dengan 2.400 rumah tangga yang sama dari survei awal, kali ini menggunakan Interactive Voice Response (IVR) bukan metode tatap muka yang awalnya digunakan.

Pemantauan pelaksanaan Kode Etik anggota APPSI
• Pembentukan Satuan Tugas untuk memantau pelaksanaan Kode etik ‐ 15 orang dari beberapa agen penempatan;
• Dukungan ILO tentang bagaimana melakukan pemantauan: pengembangan alat dan pelatihan bagaimana menggunakan alat ini;
• Fokus pemantauan perekrutan anak‐anak dan pemantauan setelah penempatan;
• Menerapkan pemantauan ‐ 6 bulanan
Alat Pemantauan • Buku ‘log’ yang digunakan anggota APPSI untuk mendokumentasikan pemantauan pasca penempatan ‐ untuk diperiksa oleh anggota satgas saat memantau penerapan kode etik
• Formulir untuk memeriksa apakah selama periode pemantauan, agen penyalur menempatkan PRT berusia di bawah 20 tahun memeriksa dokumen pendukung untuk PRT di bawah 20 tahun: kartu identitas atau kartu keluarga atau akte kelahiran atau ijazah

Dua putaran pemantauan menunjukkan peningkatan penerapan kode etik oleh anggota:

• Surat peringatan kepada anggota APPSI yang belum menerapkan Kode Etik.

• We found that, to achieve a 60% probability that doctors will work in rural areas, the financial bonus should have been closer to $275, a 70% difference with the actual bonus
• We also found that a 55% probability of getting a post- graduate education was valued as high as such a financial bonus.
Enriching policy dialogue
• These results (census + DCE) helped the WB and the MoH to explore different policy options: – A full financial bonuses may not be sustainable, especially if there
is a spillover effect – Post-graduate training can be more cost-effective – Changing gender bias in nursing school may improve the nurses
distribution – Rural pipeline is also explored (with a pilot study in 2 remote
areas), at least for nurses: • preferential admission policy • local schools • improved curriculum
