.  For the regular budget, Montenegro and Nigeria have paid in full, which brings us to a total of 86 Member States.  For peacekeeping operations, I had already mentioned on 6 May payments from Hungary, Norway and Sweden, and since then Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Denmark, Republic of Korea and Switzerland have also paid all peacekeeping assessments currently due, which brings us to a total of 31 Member States.  For the tribunals, Albania, Estonia, Iraq, and Turkey became fully paid – which brings the tribunals total to 61 Member States.  For the CMP, Fiji became fully paid – which brings the CMP total to 181 Member States. (...) In addition, Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Korea have also paid all their assessments by today. This brings the total to 27 Member States. I would like to thank these Member States for this positive action in the last few days.

Even as we begin to map a "completion strategy" for the Tribunal, we recognize that without bringing the highest-ranking indictees to justice our essential mission will remain unfulfilled.
