PART I CHANGE AND CHANGE CONTROL DEFINITIONS (CHANGE AND CHANGE CONTROL) • Change refers to any modification in equipment, manufacturing materials, facilities, utilities, design, formulations, processes, packaging/labeling, computer systems and all associated documents (SOPs, quality manual etc.) (...)
