UNESCO-EU Project “Protecting Cultural Heritage and Diversity in Complex Emergencies for Stability and Peace UNESCO Cairo office in cooperation with the Emergency Preparedness and Response Unit of the Culture Sector held a workshop in benefit of heritage professionals of Libya, (Tunis, 30 July-1 August 2018) on “First Aid to Cultural Heritage on evacuating collections and securing them in safe storages”. The Project “Protecting Cultural Heritage and Diversity in Complex Emergencies for Stability and Peace”, generously funded by the European Union aims at implementing a number of urgently needed actions in Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen to protect cultural heritage. Still my personal preference is to keep it, but the differences is so small that complexity considerations should be used to decide the procedure. (...) Does the two tap filter represent a complexity reduction? · All interior positions with two tap filters. Does this represent even lower complexity? · Use the same filter length (preferably 4 taps) for all positions.
