In this regard, the calculation of Moran’s I statistic shows a positive result for the average levels of the fiscal performance indices and not for their variation, being proof of the structural condition of the levels of the fiscal variable. Figure 2 shows the geographical distribution of the average level Fiscal Performance Index versus its variation for the period of government of the elected authorities in 2011 (variation between 2012 and 2015) (For more details see Appendix 2). Other criteria are sometimes substituted, such as the question, whether the individual wants work, or would accept a job under certain stated conditions. Also, variations in the enumeration and classification of members of the armed forces may greatly affect the measures of certain sex-age groups of the labour force even where their effect on the labour force totals is not very important. (...) Problems resulting from the varying forms of industry and occupation classifications are discussed further in chapter III. (...) An essential part of sound analytical work is scrutiny of the statistics and probing of their internal consistency as well as their consistency with information from other sources (such as population sample surveys, establishment reports on employment, social security records etc.) and with the analyst's knowledge of conditions in various industries 21 This discussion by no means exhausts the types of variations in census practices which may affect the measures of labour force size and composition.

Despite oxytocin being a well-known and extensively studied peptide hormone, there is limited information on its stability at tropical temperatures, mainly at extreme climate conditions. Depending upon the manufacturer, oxytocin products should be stored at either controlled room temperature (25°C or less) or in refrigerated storage (2°- 8°C) in order to ensure quality and comply with the labelled storage conditions. (...) The possible causes identified were the quality of manufacturing and inappropriate conditions during transport or storage at the health facility but, no rigorous research has been done to be able to confirm this. We therefore propose to evaluate how temperature variations during the supply chain and storage might affect the potency of the active ingredient of oxytocin products at health care provider level.
