We do not allow, of course, any offenders to enjoy impunity and at the same time we need to be conscious of the importance to maintain fairness and respect of human rights.

Jefferson County Board of Directors – that ruled that race-conscious integration measures are unconstitutional. The official propaganda does not disdain to use any means to put the blame for the tragedy on the Armenian side and inject a new portion of hatred towards Armenians into the conscious of the international community and in the opinions of its own people.
