The Strategic Approach is designed to enhance the efforts of participating countries in the implementation phase of the Assistance Programme and to grant sustainability in the countries of the activities organised.
(...) Through the action plans, countries design individually or jointly with other countries assistance projects (see Assistance Programme – national action plans below).
(...) Where necessary, these activities may be implemented through assistance projects, subject to the availability of funds and endorsement by the relevant bodies under the Convention. To help countries design good projects, a template for the submission of project proposals has been created.

Dumg the future similar project designs {JNECE should include explicit provisions to address gender
equality, vulnerable people and disabled in project activities, outcomes, as well as reporting. (...) Gender assessment is part of the standard template of the concept note and it was addressed at

the project template and can be added subject to amendment of the concept template.

Where may I find the templates/forms to submit a proposal for a new C2C or to renew the designation of a C2C or to submit the C2Cs’ annual report?
The Annexes of the 2019 Strategy include i) a template for the submission of a proposal of designation as C2C, ii) a tripartite model agreement for the establishment of a C2C ; iii) a tripartite model agreement for renewal of an existing C2C; and iv) the template of issues to be addressed in the Annual Report of a C2C to UNESCO.
