The Call for Innovations was held over a one-month period, commencing two months before the STI Forum, and the IATT and 10-Member Group will use their network of STI contacts to ensure that the reach of the Call is global and inclusive of diverse knowledge systems. • The Call for Innovations should aim to identify practical and already existing solutions, and create a community of innovators in the field of STI, and will feed into the STI Forum discussions.

In case no consensus can be reached, decisions can be made by simple majority of its members in which case the IATT will be notified that the decision was reached by voting. In case no 3 E.g., current chief scientists of governments do not qualify for appointment, but academics in government-run laboratories or think-tanks do. 4 majority can be reached, the co-chairs may take a decision to ensure the group’s capacity to act. e) The meetings of the 10-Member Group shall be closed unless it decides otherwise.
