In common with other stimulants used non-medically, 4-CMC increases neuronal concentrations of the neurotransmitter dopamine. It also has effects on serotonin and, to a lesser extent, noradrenaline. (...) In common with other stimulants used non-medically, N-ethylhexedrone increases neuronal concentrations of the neurotransmitter dopamine. It also has effects on noradrenaline. (...) In common with other stimulants used non-medically, alpha-PHP increases neuronal concentrations of the neurotransmitter dopamine. It also has effects on noradrenaline.

Similarity to known substances and effects on the central nervous system Amineptine is a synthetic, atypical tricyclic antidepressant with central nervous system stimulating effects. It is an indirect dopamine agonist, selectively inhibiting dopamine uptake and inducing dopamine release, with additional stimulation of the adrenergic system.

It has been reported to stimulate the release of dopamine, noradrenaline, and serotonin, and also inhibit their reuptake. (...) Research on mixtures of BZP and TFMPP (conducted because they are frequently found in combination) showed the release of both dopamine and serotonin via mechanisms dependent on their transporters [18]. (...) If necessary, dilute the sample so the final concentration is approximately that of the standard solution concentration.

In addition, diphenidine causes dopamine release, in a manner similar to, but to a lesser degree, than cocaine. (...) Similarity to known substances and effects on central nervous system 3-Fluorophenmetrazine is a derivative of phenmetrazine, an amphetamine -type substance listed under Schedule II of the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971, with known abuse potential. 3-Fluorophenmetrazine is a potent releaser of dopamine and norepinephrine. In humans, its effects are similar to those of amphetamine and include euphoria, stimulation, increased energy, talkativeness and insomnia . (...) Actual abuse and/or evidence of likelihood of abuse Given the structural similarity between 3-fluorophenmetrazine and phenmetrazine (a stimulant with a known abuse liability) and its ability to produce biological effects similar to amphetamine-like substances (i.e., through release of dopamine and norepinephrine), it is expected that 3-fluorophenmetrazine has similar abuse potential as these substances.

Parent cells produced with the help of the patient would be appropriately altered to become differentiated into various cells, depending on the need: dopamine-producing nerve cells to treat Parkinson’s disease, pancreatic beta cells for diabetics, hepatocytes for patients with cirrhosis of the liver, and so on.
