If the chemical is in the accompanying database of more than 100,000 chemicals, the structure is retrieved and entered into the model. A drawing program is also available so that the user can draw and enter the structure or the structure can be entered as a line notation using the Simplified Molecular Input Line Entry System (SMILES). (...) The program predicts the toxicity of industrial chemicals to aquatic organisms such as fish, invertebrates, and algae by using Structure Activity Relationships (SARs). The program estimates a chemical's acute (short-term) toxicity and, when available, chronic (long-term or delayed) toxicity.

Abstract Building the capacity to measure results and to use that knowledge to learn what works and
what doesn't, or how to make things work better is not an easy task, and requires the
existence of a strong monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacity backed up by an
effective statistical system capable of generating timely and relevant development
indicators
FAO and the World Bank have joined together to support the preparation of a sourcebook
for countries needing help with establishing or strengthening monitoring and evaluation
capacity. (...) The sourcebook is intended to assist countries to strengthen their capacity to monitor
agricultural and rural development programs and to measure results. It should serve as a
Handbook for development practitioners working in Agricultural and Rural Development
(ARD) and provide them with certain basic tools to help with the selection and use of core
indicators for monitoring and evaluating projects and programs. (...) It describes how M&E has grown from
being essentially a project-based management tool to a country-based program
for monitoring the outcomes of national development strategies.

I would love to invent an easy and accessible education system for children in these areas. Youths in my country are mainly unemployed so I would also love to facilitate skills-training programs for youths to equip them with skills and knowledge that will serve as a livelihood for them and benefit them.
