As far as the leading four characteristics are concerned, we can say that children gave preference to three different aspects of health: being energetic /powerful and the ability to conditions subjectively. The two characteristics located in the right quadrant of graphic, ‘having a positive mood’ and ‘feeling energetic and powerful’ have relatively higher importance among the scores and were preferred by more than two-thirds of the children.

În calitatea sa de parte contractantă la Tratatul Comunității Energetice (CEn), Republica Moldova și-a asumat angajamentul de a monitoriza și de a raporta Secretariatului CEn atingerea obiectivelor fixate in domeniile energiei regenerabile, eficienței energetice și emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, și alte informații relevante pentru schimbările climatice. (...) Or, Republica Moldova s-a confruntat și anterior cu crize de acest fel, care au demonstrat necesitatea diversificării furnizorilor de energie, diversificarea rutelor de import, diminuarea ponderii gazelor naturale în mixul energetic al țării, liberalizarea piețelor energetice, etc. (...) Perfecționarea cadrului legal va accelera implementarea comprehensivă și eficientă a Pachetului Energetic III și va conduce nemijlocit la sporirea independenței energetice a țării, modernizarea piețelor energetice și aducerea lor în corespundere cu standardele UE, la eficientizarea consumului de energie și implicit la diminuarea emisiilor de GES în virtutea economiilor de energie realizate.
