SUMMARY RECORD (PARTIAL) OF THE 2770TH MEETING, HELD AT THE PALAIS WILSON, GENEVA, ON THURSDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2010 : HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE, 100TH SESSION
O'Flaherty propone que todo el contenido del texto que ha propuesto se resuma en una única frase en la versión inglesa: "Such special circumstances may include, but are not limited to, situations in which the author had no legal representation at the time of exhaustion of domestic remedies; circumstances in which the State party had impeded knowledge of or access to the Committee; or other situations with regard to which the author makes a convincing explanation for excessive delay". Esta frase haría innecesaria la inclusión de una nota de pie de página. 40.

HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN PALESTINE AND OTHER OCCUPIED ARAB TERRITORIES : INFORMATION / PRESENTED BY THE PALESTINIAN INDEPENDENT COMMISSION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS ; NOTE BY THE SECRETARIAT
The aggression violates articles 56, 25, and 27 of the same Convention that requires the protection of public properties, places of worship, and hospitals.2 In this way, ICHR holds the Occupying State fully responsible for the lives and safety of Palestinian civilians, particularly since the existence of armed resistance inside the Gaza Strip is by no means a justification for the use of excessive force in a manner that violates civilians under all circumstances, in accordance with the principle of proportionality.

LETTER DATED 4 FEBRUARY 2019 FROM THE PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF TURKEY TO THE UNITED NATIONS ADDRESSED TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL
The other problem associated with this trend was that there is an excessive, biased and non-reliable amount of data and information online, which makes it extremely difficult for the mediator to be selective.

LETTER DATED 99/02/05 FROM THE CHARGE D'AFFAIRES A.I. OF THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA TO THE UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT GENEVA ADDRESSED TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS
By fabricated and inaccurate assessments that the military and police use excessive force, they try to prevent the legitimate forces from defending the people and the State in responding to terrorist acts in an appropriate manner, as the military and police in all countries in the world do in combating this scourge.

REPORT OF THE SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF MIGRANTS, JORGE BUSTAMANTE : ADDENDUM
The Special Rapporteur received information from various sources indicating that migrant workers recruited by private companies in Indonesia to work abroad often have inadequate or misleading information about their work arrangements, must pay excessive recruitment fees, and may suffer threats or abuse from agents. These problems also put them at extra risk when facing abuses during employment abroad, such as poor working conditions, excessive working hours, partial or non-payment of salaries, ill-treatment and isolation, and neglect of basic needs. 61.
