(...) Now the U.S., after the clinch of a nuclear deal with Iran, is crying out for putting pressure upon the DPRK, with the main emphasis on its “human rights issue”, leaving no means untried to intensify politically-motivated provocations aimed at bringing down its social system on the UN arena.

We would like to note that the provocations carried out by the Armenian leadership, both in word and in deed, including the visit to Shusha to participate in the inauguration of the self- proclaimed regime in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, the provocative "Karabakh is Armenia "statement made in the occupied city of Khankendi, the introduction of a" new war for new territories "concept by the occupying country, putting forward 7 pre-conditions in the conflict settlement negotiations, as well as attempts to change the talks format, have dealt a blow to the conflicts settlement process mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

Far from taking issue with serious human rights abuses that have become the target of worldwide denunciation and censure, the UN Human Rights Council, siding with the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, allowed itself to be used as leverage for putting pressure on specified countries. This abnormal development left the DPRK greatly skeptical about the principles of impartiality and strict neutrality touted by the body.
