PROVISIONS CONCERNING SALES TO THE CONSUMER
Fresh truffles must be clean, brushed or washed, and free of soil.
5.1 Classification
Truffles are classified in the three classes defined below:

Truffles in this class must be of superior quality. (...)
– Truffles in the “Extra” class must have a weight of 20 grams or over;
– Class 1 truffles must have a weight of 10 grams or over.

Starting from 2010 the PCUz started implementation of the project to support full-scale introduction of a local system of machine readable travel documents with biometric identifiers by means of extra budgetary contribution of the USA. The project is focused on raising awareness of the key government officials involved on electronically enabled machine-readable identity and travel documents with biometric identifiers and development technical capacity for introducing biometric passports in accordance with the interoperable standards and specifications developed by ICAO.
