Demand refresh requires real-time encoding and thus not applicable for streaming services. Recently, some feedback mechanisms such as RTCP feedback have been provided. The proposed method utilizes such feedback mechanism and sends intra pictures for refresh only when the error happened. (...) The conflict-resolution expert does, however, expect that stakeholders and managers receiving confidential feedback regarding issues in their areas of control will look into the matters further and, where appropriate, take action in accordance with their mandate and lines of accountability.
