Article 9 Voting (1) A quorum for any meeting of the Executive Committee shall be a majority of the Deputies who, in aggregate, exercise not less than two-thirds of the total voting power as set out in the Schedule to this Agreement. (2) The decisions of the Executive Committee shall be taken by consensus.
