(d) The list of identified issues is not compulsory for the state under review nor should it be the sole focus of the UPR interactive dialogue. (...) The recommendations emanating from the interactive dialogue will be included in the report and while those agreed will be identified as such in the report, those that were not agreed by the concerned state shall appear elsewhere in the report but not as part of the recommendations of the UPR process.
