La Commission d'études 6 du Secteur des radiocommunications de l'UIT (UIT-R) vient de publier un nouveau Rapport présentant un projet de mise en service de la TV 3D, qui envisage des systèmes intelligents imitant à la perfection la façon dont l'œil et le cerveau humains perçoivent le monde visuel.
