Recognizes that the Durban Forum is an important tool to further enhance the monitoring and review of the effectiveness of capacity-building through the compilation of shared experiences and exchange of ideas, best practices and lessons learned regarding the implementation of capacity-building activities with the participation of Parties, representatives of the relevant bodies established under the Kyoto Protocol and relevant experts and practitioners; 2.
