Approaches to learning in the twenty-first century are going through radical changes, as technology and social change have revolutionized possibilities in terms of access to beneficiaries and of new learning methodologies. The Network promotes policy dialogue and peer learning among members, fosters partnership, provides capacity-building and develops instruments to encourage and recognize progress in building learning cities.
