Introduction
Leaders and managers play a crucial role in creating a workplace that enhances mental and physical health and well-being, as well as supporting staff who live with mental health challenges. To address the needs of United Nations personnel and increase their capacity to advocate for and protect mental health, the UN Secretary-General launched the United Nations Mental Health and Well-being Strategy in October 2018.

COVID-19 Crisis and Mental Health Challenges Among Youth: An Opinion Piece
This 10 October is World Mental Health Day , established to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. “Although the COVID-19 crisis is, in the first instance, a physical health crisis, it has the seeds of a major mental health crisis as well,” says a policy briefing issued by the United Nations last year titled ‘ COVID-19 and the Need for Action on Mental Health .’
(...) Our College has been instrumental in providing online resources and mental health services to the students including counselling to those who need it.

"We are in the phase of having an accepted education programme for supervision at the Faculty of Political Sciences, we have the support of our faculty, it is officially an education programme at the Faculty, we will organize the entrance exam in early October, and the first lectures at the end of October.
