As at June 30, 2014, cumulative pledges to the LDCF amounted to $906.64 million. 16. Through the SCCF Adaptation Program (SCCF-A), the GEF has provided $240.99 million for adaptation projects to date, totaling 57 projects approved for funding that have mobilized a total of $1.73 billion in co-financing. In the reporting period, SCCF-A grants amounting to $39.04 million were approved for seven stand-alone projects. (...) During the reporting period, the GEF financed, through the GEFTF, 39 EA projects, amounting to $25.1 million. In addition, the LDCF financed one new NAPA in the amount of $0.2 million. 19.

During the reporting period, the GEF allocated $546.6 million to 67 projects in the climate change mitigation focal area. (...) For adaptation, the GEF, through the LDCF and the SCCF Adaptation Program (SCCF-A), had mobilized $317.3 million and $162.2 million respectively for 76 and 41 projects as of June 30, 2012. Through the LDCF, the GEF has also financed the preparation of 48 National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs) with grants amounting to $11.4 million. During the reporting period, LDCF resources amounting to $142.0 million were approved for 27 projects, mobilizing $650.4 million in co-financing.

Through the SCCF Adaptation Program (SCCF-A), the GEF has provided $284.4 million for adaptation projects to date, totaling 65 projects approved for funding that have mobilized a total of $2.3 billion in co-financing. En effet, l’enquête de prévalence des violences à l’encontre des femmes âgées de 18 à 64 ans, menée en 2009 par le Haut-commissariat au plan (HCP)， donne la mesure de l’ampleur du phénomène. Près de 6 millions de Marocaines ont subi à un moment ou à un autre de leur vie un acte de violence, notamment ： psychologique (4,6 millions de femmes)， physique (3,4 millions de femmes)， sexuel (2,1 millions de femmes)， attentatoire à leur liberté (trois millions de femmes) et enfin, économique (178 000 femmes).
