En 2000/01, dans le cadre d’un projet conjoint mené en Cisjordanie et dans la bande de Gaza, le Cisco Learning Institute et la Fondation internationale pour la jeunesse ont financé 60 bourses de formation au titre du partenariat mondial entre Cisco et divers organismes du secteur public et du secteur privé (Cisco Networking Academy Programme). Ces bourses ont été distribuées à 24 étudiants de la bande de Gaza et à 36 étudiants de Cisjordanie.
