ADAPTATION IN HUMAN SETTLEMENTS: KEY FINDINGS AND WAY FORWARD. REPORT BY THE SECRETARIAT
19 见 http://www4.unfccc.int/sites/NWP/News/Pages/Joint-Network-Event-Catalyzing-climate-change-
adaptation-in-cities-through-knowledge.aspx。
(...) Understanding the structural factors of vulnerability to climate change in cities is
also essential, such as informality, as well as reliance on network infrastructure and on cash
for food and services. (...) Regarding communication between cities, online systems for facilitating networking among
cities have demonstrated success in developed countries, but less in developing country
settings.
