Procedure of certification in the Republic of Armenia should be implemented by the following bodies authorised by “Haypetstandard”: a) certification authorities b) experimentation laboratories 2. The fee for obligatory certification should be made by legal entities, enterprises, which do not have status of legal entities, private entrepreneur irrespective of form of privacy and legal form of organisation, in accordance with tariffs approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Armenia with the participation of “Haypetstandard”. 3. The fee for obligatory certification of products, which imported to the Republic of Armenia with the purpose of humanitarian aid, is made by certification entities and financed from budget of the Republic of Armenia by means of governmental order.

In accordance with the procedure established by the authorized agency, the technical committees on standardization shall participate in: 1) the elaboration of the fundamental state standards, the international, regional standards, the national standards of the foreign states and the amendments thereto in the field of the conformity verification and accreditation; 2) the elaboration of the state standards for the specific processes and procedures of conducting the conformity verification in respect of the uniform products which are subject to the obligatory conformity verification and are determined by the normative legal instruments in the field of technical regulating; 3) the examination of the state standards, the international, regional, the national standards of the foreign states and the amendments thereto in the field of the conformity verification and accreditation. 4. (...) The product conformity verification within the Republic of Kazakhstan may be either of voluntary or obligatory nature. 8. In case of the obligatory conformity verification it shall be verified that the of the products are in conformity with the obligatory requirements of the technical regulations, specific standards and other normative documents ensuring their safety for the life and health of the people, protection their property and the preservation of the environment. 9. The obligatory verification of the products conformity shall be carried out in respect of conformity with the requirements and according to the conformity verification schedules established by the normative legal instruments in the field of technical regulating. 10.
