Registration of a trademark 8 On the basis of the decision to register the trademark the Patent Office shall, within one month after the date of receipt of a document about the payment of an established obligatory charge, enter the trademark in the State Register of Trademarks of the Republic of Tajikistan ((hereinafter "Register").
