Stock of pesticides (insecticides) is intended for liquidation of unforeseen mass spread of extremely dangerous hazardous organisms and formed out of the volume of pesticides purchased with budget funds on the base of phytosanitary monitoring taking into account the present phytosanitary situation. 3.
