For Category 1 and 2, the provisions for renewal of the permit shall be based on the permit holder’s continued status, as defined in B 2 (a) above, as an employee of the same company or partnership, and the absence of abuse of any of the conditions governing the use of the permit. GATS permit holders must seek renewal no later than one month from the date of expiration of the permit. e. (...)
