Esta información debe servir para actividades de seguimiento de las condiciones de vida de las personas afrodescendientes, aumentar su visibilidad e identificar las disparidades sociales para el desarrollo de políticas tendientes a la realización de sus derechos y a la erradicación de la discriminación.
