Winners will receive a variety of awards, including photography equipment and related software licenses, as well as photography-related training and mentoring opportunities through WIPO’s partners. All entrants to the Photography Prize will be invited to join a virtual training on photography and copyright organized by WIPO, in cooperation with the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC).

The addendum sets forth the specific entrance criteria and examination format applicable for the occupational group of photography. 2. The written and oral components of the competitive examination for the occupational group of photography will be held at the same time as those for the other occupational groups announced in ST/IC/1998/61, paragraph 2. 3. (...) For the occupational group of photography, all staff members, including those staff members who have served in the Secretariat for at least five years by 31 December 1989, must satisfy the following criteria: (a) First-level university degree, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, in photography, communication, media, visual arts, fine arts or information; (b) At least five years of experience in photography, either at the United Nations or outside. (...) Part II of the written examination, the specialized paper for photography, will consist of three to five questions.
