4.3 Review of Call Setup Time Solutions
Q1-D10 was presented and a discussion followed on the different solutions to reduce call setup time. It was noted that no standardized solution existed today, but that the experts didn’t agree with the conclusion in the contribution and made several comments, sometimes disagreeing, about the facts presented in the different solutions.
