Food and beverage licence – A food and beverage licence authorises the licensee to sell liquor during prescribed times or at times set out in the licence as ancillary to a meal consumed at the licensed premises. Provided that such liquor is not removed from, or taken off the licensed premises. 21. (...) Conditions attached to a licence – (1) The Board may impose conditions not inconsistent with this Act to which the licence is to be subject. (2) A licence is subject to any conditions imposed under subsection (1), whether or not any such condition is endorsed on the licence. (3) Without limiting this section, a condition can be imposed by the Board: (a) setting the times during which liquor can be sold or consumed at the licensed premises; or (b) setting restrictions on how liquor can be sold from the premises; or (c) setting restrictions on the maximum number of persons who can be in the premises at any time; or (d) setting restrictions on noise at the licensed premises; or (e) setting the times the licensed premises may open or close. (4) The Board may vary or revoke a condition of a licence at any time. 31. (...) Alteration and relocation of licensed premises – (1) Where a licensee physically alters the structure of the licensed premises and the alteration does not comply with the current licence conditions, that licence is regarded as null and void.. (2) A licence held by a licensee shall not apply to new or relocated premises of the same licensee. (3) A licensee must apply and obtain a new licence once the licensed premises is altered, if applicable or relocated.

The premises belonging to the Venezuelan State have not received any maintenance or upkeep, which the Venezuelan State is responsible for, as owner of the properties. This has led to the deterioration of the premises of the Consular Section in Bogota, and several complaints about damage have been filed by owners of neighbouring properties and local residents. (...) Notwithstanding the foregoing, and in accordance with the inviolability of consular and diplomatic premises, the Colombian authorities have, through the diplomatic channel, repeatedly informed the the Venezuelan Government – represented by the interim Government of Juan Guaidó, which is recognized by Colombia – of the situation at the consular premises in Bogotá.

The topic of common premises is not new to the Unit since common premises have always been envisaged since the inception of the United Nations system as a possible way to avoid competing or overlapping facilities and services in particular in the context of development- oriented field presences. (...) In the same vein, the task team on common premises and the Development Coordination Office have studied other indicators that could also represent consolidation efforts by the UN entities, such as the number of staff sharing premises or the number of agencies co-located. (...) To make further progress towards more sharing premises among United Nations entities, we believe that innovative approaches must now be considered.

Department of State notified the Embassy of Russia on the withdrawal of the consent to use a part of the premises of the Embassy in Washington and a part of the Permanent Mission in New York premises used for official purposes; and the lifting of all their privileges and immimities; and the denial of access to the aforementioned premises for "any persons, including Russian representatives". (...) In its note of 26 March 2018 the Department of State declared the withdrawal of consent to the opening and functioning of the Consulate General in Seattle as well as of permission to use the relevant premises for diplomatic/consular purposes, and the lifting of all their immunities; and a ban on keeping archives in these premises. (...) It turns out, that the U.S. authorities have actually seized the above-mentioned premises. Despite our protests, the U.S. authorities removed State flags the Russian Federation from these premises.
