Americo Muchanga is currently the Chairman of Communications
Regulator Authority of Mozambique (INCM). Previously, he served as and
Director General of INCM, Director General of the National Institute of
Meteorology (INAM) of Mozambique, Director of Planning for Eduardo
Mondlane University (UEM), Director of Eduardo Mondlane University
Computing Center (CIUEM) and Head of the Systems and Operations
Department of the CIUEM.
Americo Muchanga is a lecturer at Eduardo Mondlane University and has
lectured at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), one of Sweden's most
prestigious universities.
Mr. Muchanga’s graduated in Electrical Engineering at UEM and doctorate
in Interdomain Traffic Engineering and Faster Restoration in Optical
Networks, by KTH in Sweden.

Doan Quang HOAN graduated in 1980 and finished Master degree in 2006,
both from School of Electronics and Telecommunications, Hanoi University of
Science and Technology, one of the most prestigious research institutions in
Vietnam.
Mr. Doan Quang HOAN has been working at the Authority of Radio Frequency
