Afin d’appuyer l’action 3 du Plan d’action de Busan, PARIS21 a réuni producteurs et utilisateurs de statistiques lors de plusieurs échanges organisés entre les bureaux de statistique nationaux et divers groupes d’utilisateurs. Ces échanges donnent aux parties prenantes la possibilité de définir des domaines d’action prioritaires afin d’améliorer le dialogue entre les utilisateurs et les producteurs de statistiques et, ainsi, de favoriser le recours aux statist iques dans le processus décisionnel. 14. Les ateliers d’information sur les microdonnées organisés dans le cadre du Programme statistique accéléré continuent de jouer un rôle crucial dans l’action menée pour accroître l’utilisation des statistiques. Réunissant des producteurs et des utilisateurs de microdonnées issues d’enquêtes, ces ateliers s’adressent à des participants bien ciblés et ont pour objectif d’initier aux statistiques des étudiants d’établissements d’enseignement universitaire ou d’examiner l’util isation qui est faite des microdonnées dans certains secteurs.
