Chiffrer les personnels de santé chargés de la rééducation Dans n’importe quel système sanitaire, les différents types de rééducation sont assurés par des catégories de personnels différentes. (...) La dernière révision de la CITP, appelée CITP-08, définit ci-après les catégories de personnels susceptibles d’être une composante essentielle des équipes travaillant dans des services de rééducation, à savoir :
Médecins généralistes• Médecins spécialistes (y compris les spécialistes • de médecine physique et de rééducation) Physiothérapeutes• Audiologistes et orthophonistes•
L’Organisation mondiale de la Santé ne recommande ni « étalon or » ni norme de densité minimale pour les RHS au service de la rééducation dans un pays ou une région donné. (...) Par exemple, si les médecins ayant suivi une formation spécialisée supérieure en médecine physique et rééducation disposent peut-être d’un corpus de connaissances et de compétences plus vaste en matière de diagnostic et de thérapeutique pour les personnes nécessitant une rééducation, des généralistes et des médecins de famille ont une connaissance pragmatique des cadres de rééducation.

REDUCING NUCLEAR DANGER
Calls for a review of nuclear doctrines and, in this context, immediate
and urgent steps to reduce the risks of unintentional and accidental use of nuclear
weapons, including through de-alerting and de-targeting nuclear weapons;
2. (...) Requests the Secretary-General to intensify efforts and support initiatives
that would contribute towards the full implementation of the seven recommendations
identified in the report of the Advisory Board on Disarmament Matters that would
significantly reduce the risk of nuclear war, 5 and also to continue to encourage
Member States to consider the convening of an international conference, as
proposed in the United Nations Millennium Declaration,3 to identify ways of
eliminating nuclear dangers, and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its
seventy-first session;
6. Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its seventy-first session,
under the item entitled “General and complete disarmament”, the sub-item entitled
“Reducing nuclear danger”.
