PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF ALL HUMAN RIGHTS, CIVIL, POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT : INFORMATION PRESENTED BY THE KENYAN NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS : NOTE / BY THE SECRETARIAT
Inclusive education clearly has benefits especially regarding the social integration of children with disabilities, their development and in removing stigmas associated with disability. However, the government has not done enough to facilitate inclusive education; and the effect has left inclusive education as an impracticable and ill-understood theory12 18. One commonly held implication was that inclusive education simply entailed removing children with disabilities from special schools to ordinary schools; when, in fact, inclusive education concerns itself with teaching the disabled child in the environment best suited for learning in view of such child’s disability 3.1.2 Curriculum 19.

As stipulated in the National Strategy, the Deinstitutionalization is a process of replacing institutional child care with family care or close to family care within the community, without restricting such a process to solely removing children from institutions. This process involves prevention of placing children in institutions, and creating new opportunities for children and families to acquire community support.

NOTE VERBALE DATED 2007/09/19 FROM THE PERMANENT MISSION OF AZERBAIJAN TO THE UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN GENEVA ADDRESSED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL
As clearly demonstrated in the deliberate change of the cultural look of Shusha and other towns and settlements of Garabagh by destroying the monuments and changing architectural features, and making "archeological" excavations, this Armenian policy pursues far-reaching targets of removing any sign heralding their Azerbaijani origins.

REPORT ON RESERVATIONS : INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS INSTRUMENTS
It is particularly concerned that the State party is unwilling to withdraw its reservation to article 15, paragraph 4, despite its assertion that this reservation has become redundant owing to an HRI/MC/2008/5 page 9 amendment to the Passport Act removing the requirement of male consent to the issuance of a passport to a Jordanian woman. (...) The Committee urges the State party to remove its reservation to article 16, paragraph 1 (c), (d), (f) and (g) of the Convention. (...) While appreciating the State party’s efforts towards implementation of the provisions of the Convention and welcoming the State party’s assertion that it is in the process of reviewing with the aim of removing, its reservations to the Convention, the Committee is concerned about the maintenance of these reservations, which include reservations to article 2, paragraphs (d) and (f), article 5, paragraph (a), article 15, paragraph 4, and article 16, paragraph 1 (c), (e) and (g) of the Convention.
