State body of the executive authority in charge of the supervision over safety of hydraulic installations The body of the executive authority, authorized by the Government of a Country to perform the functions of the state supervision over safety of hydraulic installations (hereinafter referred to as “State supervision body”) shall exercise the state control and supervision over safety of hydraulic installations.
