The measures on protection of personnel of road transport, city ground-
based electric transport and offstreet transport enterprises implemented in
relation to personnel of road transport, city ground-based electric transport and
offstreet transport enterprises at the territory of the said enterprises include:
a) preventive disinfection of spaces with non-corrosive or low
corrosive disinfectants sanctioned by Rospotrebnadzor by way of simultaneous
cleaning of air, horizontal, vertical, side surfaces, hard-to-reach, darkened and
remote places, as well as ventilation systems for enclosed spaces and by way
of cleaning surfaces in open spaces;
b) arranging daily checkups carried out before the work shift start
including thermometry and suspending employees having elevated body
temperature and / or signs of infectious disease from work;
c) interviews with drivers about state of their health and state of
health of persons living with them as well as about possible contacts with sick

persons or persons who have returned from another state or a constituent part
of the Russian Federation (interviews, questionnaires, etc.);
d) allocating at the entrance to the enterprise territory of a space for
hand sanitizing with skin antiseptics (using installed dispensers as well) or

e) regular hand sanitizing by the enterprise employees with skin
antiseptics or disinfecting wipes at their workplaces and supervising this
hygienic procedure;
f) observation by drivers of social distancing when receiving trip
tickets, having medical checkups including by way of special marking and
setting up a special regime of access to / staying in facilities, buildings,
structures (premises thereof), and at the respective territory (including
surrounding area);
g) equipping wash basins for washing hands in public places and
bathrooms with liquid soap and hand sanitizers, disposable paper towels or
electric hand dryers;
h) daily (on a shift basis) wet cleaning of service facilities and
public places (dining rooms, rec rooms, lavatories) with disinfectants of
virucidal action, including cleaning of all contact surfaces: handles, switches,
handrails, railings, table surfaces, chair backs, office equipment, as often as
every 2 to 4 hours;
i) maintaining at least a five-day supply of detergents and
disinfectants, PPE at the enterprise;
j) using of recirculating bactericidal lamps in the rooms constantly
occupied by employees;
k) airing working rooms at least every 2 hours;
