According to the report, domestic enterprises rate Viet Nam’s general and vocational education quality more positively than foreign firms which find it relatively more difficult to identify and recruit workers, particularly for technical and management jobs. The report prioritizes strategic action points namely improving labour market mobility, enhancing workforce quality, improving general education and vocational training, building links between schools and colleges and local employers, and strengthening workplace relations.

Under the Convention, governments committed to, among other things, taking measures to save every child by providing good quality health care.  Over the past three decades, the world has seen remarkable progress in child survival, cutting the number of children worldwide who die before their fifth birthday by more than half. (...) UNICEF’s  Every Child Alive campaign  calls for immediate investment to deliver affordable, quality health care solutions for every mother and newborn. The whole project, funded by the European Commission and imlemented with the support of UNICEF, and to expand access and improve the quality of 4 types of services: · Home visiting providing individualized support to families with children up to 3 years; · A systematic approach to early childhood intervention for families with young children with disabilities and developmental difficulties · Quality inclusive pre-school education for children with disabilities and learning difficulties; · Provision of outreach child- and family-centred preventive and support services to children in precarious family situations and their families, including Roma children from marginalized communities.
